The PR Sauce story...
How it all began.
Hey everyone, Rochelle here! This week, I’m jumping onto the blog to give you a bit of an inside scoop on how PR Sauce came to life and why it matters.
During 2020, while managing my agency clients, I started to notice something interesting. My inboxs (I’m talking socials as well as email) was constantly pinning, not just with my usual work, but with requests from friends and contacts who were looking for PR support.
On top of that, I was flooded with PR and press opportunities from publications seeking expert commentary, advice and insights across beauty, hair, fashion, and business. It felt like everyone needed something, and I was stuck sending countless emails and trying to keep track of it all.
The birth of PR Sauce (known at the time C&C Club)
To make life easier, I decided to create a place where I could bring all these requests and opportunities together. So, I started a free Facebook group initially called the C&C Club. However, something about the name just didn’t feel right, so in 2021, I rebranded it and began inviting not only friends but also business owners I didn’t know yet. I wanted to support as many people as possible in a very challenge and unpredictable time, where people could connect, learn and grow their minds and brands.
At first, I experimented with different ways to launch and even monetise the group, but honestly, nothing felt quite right and it was fucking tough. It took a while to find the perfect platform that matched our vision.
Finding just the right fit
Early this year, things started to click into place. I found a platform that felt like the right home for PR Sauce, and I brought Jamie on board. She’s been a superstar, helping to manage the Facebook group and build out the new platform. Since making the decision to launch and monetise PR Sauce, we’ve been able to offer so much more.

We soft launched in June, and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to convince people to move over to the new platform. But I’m incredibly grateful to those who have joined us so far.
It’s a journey, and we’re growing at a pace that allows us to truly help and support you - the business owners, in the best way possible.
So, what’s next for PR Sauce?
Our vision for PR Sauce is clear: to build and develop dedicated channels, so you only have to pay for what you want and need. Plus, won’t get content that isn’t right for you and your business. We’re creating spaces filled with resources, advice and tools specifically designed to help you grow, learn and add that extra "sauce" to your brand.
We’re here to empower you to master your marketing and PR without the heavy costs of retainers, freelancers or expensive accountability groups. The beauty of PR Sauce is that you control how much or how little you engage—it's truly up to you!
As one chapter closes, a new one begins.
Our Facebook group, which has grown to over 300 members, will be closing on September 30th. As we move forward, we’ll be introducing a price increase, reflecting the enhanced value and services we’re now able to provide.
But don’t just take my word for it!
Here’s what some of our members have to say about their experiences over the past two months:
"PR Sauce is such a good resource. I've been lucky enough to jump on PR opportunities quickly and have been featured nine times in publications like The Metro, The Telegraph, and The Sun. I found them via LinkedIn, and I'm so happy I did." Becky, Business Owner
"Honestly, I'm really grateful for Rochelle and Jamie. This platform has given me access to a full fashion database, and I've been using it to pitch. It’s so handy that there’s information on lead times and who to pitch to. Thanks to PR Sauce, my products have been featured in The Notebook magazine, Fabulous, and Life and Style (The Times & Sunday Times). I also signed up for the Christmas channel and feel confident that I'll be featured in a few top publications. I would highly recommend it." Janet, Fashion Brand Owner
